Sweet Potato and Carrot Pie |

This pie tastes almost like pumpkin pie! We use this recipe on Thanksgiving and no one knows the difference. I think it's even better than pumpkin pie! Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can sweet potatoes, drained |
1 (15 ounce) can carrots, drained |
1/4 cup packed brown sugar |
1/4 cup milk |
2 eggs |
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice |
1 prepared graham cracker crust |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 2. Place the potatoes, carrots, sugar, milk, eggs, and pumpkin pie spice together in a blender; blend until smooth. Pour mixture into the pie crust. 3. Bake in preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 minutes. |
