Sweet potato smoothie with banana and cinnamon. Ingredients:
1 large sweet potato |
1 banana |
2 cups soy milk |
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 2. Bake sweet potato in the preheated oven until tender and cooked through, about 1 hour. Remove peel from cooked sweet potato and cool in the refrigerator 8 hours or overnight. 3. Blend sweet potato, banana, soy milk, and cinnamon together in a blender until smooth. |
