Excellent basic sweet pie pastry that is easy to make. Can be frozen (unbaked) and used later. Ingredients:
500 g self raising flour |
250 g caster sugar |
250 g butter |
2 eggs |
Directions:
1. Combine flour and sugar. 2. Rub in butter. 3. Add eggs and mix. 4. Use as desired. |
