Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) package frozen peas |
4 slices prosciutto or 4 slices deli ham, coarsely chopped |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 tablespoon butter |
1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Place peas in a steamer basket and steam over 1 boiling water for 4 minutes. 2. In a large skillet, cook prosciutto and garlic in oil and butter over medium heat until prosciutto is crisp. Add the tomato, salt, and pepper; heat through. Stir in peas. |
