An easy to cook Asian's family style desert. Great for any occasions. Make sure your guest is not allergic to peanut in advance. ;-) Ingredients:
12 ounces shell-less skinless peanuts (available in asian supermarkets) |
3 cups water |
sugar |
Directions:
1. Soak peanut in water for 6- 8 hours. 2. Bring water to a boil. 3. Cook peanut over low heat until soften. 4. Stir occasionally. 5. Or use slow cooker/pressure cooker to reduce cooking time. 6. Add more water if needed. 7. Add Sugar. 8. Degree of sweetness is your personal preference. 9. Serve hot or cold. |
