Ingredients:
1 cup fresh shelled green peas (about 3/4 pound) |
1 large ripe avocado, peeled and seeded |
1/3 cup minced green onions |
1/4 cup bottled salsa |
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice |
1 teaspoon hot sauce |
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin |
4 cilantro sprigs |
2 garlic cloves |
84 baked tortilla chips |
Directions:
1. Steam peas, covered, 4 minutes or until tender. Combine peas and next 8 ingredients (peas through garlic) in a food processor or blender, and pulse until just combined. Serve guacamole with tortilla chips. 2. Note: Frozen green peas may be substituted for fresh. |
