Perfect compliment to any salad! Ingredients:
4 cups soft bread |
1/3 cup vidalia onion, finely chopped |
1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes |
6 tablespoons butter, melted |
1 egg, lightly beaten |
2 tablespoons oil |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine bread crumbs, onion, and parsley. Stir in butter and egg. 2. Shape into 1/2 inch balls. 3. Heat oil to about 375 in a skillet. Fry croutons 10-15, turning to brown all sides.Drain on paper towels. |
