This recipe, makes four half cup servings. I found this recipe in Prevention magazine. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting this for safe keeping. Ingredients:
2 cups baby carrots |
1 cup water |
2 tablespoons honey |
2 tablespoons dijon mustard |
Directions:
1. Microwave carrots on high in water for 5 minutes, then drain. 2. Stir in honey and mustard while carrots are hot. |
