This is not your mama's slaw, this is a just right blend of lip puckering mouth warming goodness...and its a side dish !! Ingredients:
1 head green cabbage |
4 carrots (peeled and chopped in chunks) |
1 yellow onion (chopped) |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 cup mustard |
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar |
1 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1 dash salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Quarter cabbage and remove core. Grate the cabbage, carrots and onion in a food processor, then toss them in a large bowl. For dressing, whisk the remaining ingredients together, and toss with the vegetables, add salt and pepper and chill for two hours. |
