Sweet 'n' Sour Sausage-Crock Pot |

1 lb kielbasa or 1 lb polish sausage, sliced |
1 (20 ounce) can unsweetened pineapple chunks, undrained |
1 1/2 cups baby carrots, quartered lengthwise |
1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces |
1 medium onion, cut into chunks |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon granule |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger |
2 tablespoons cornstarch |
1/4 cup cold water |
hot cooked rice or chow mein noodles |
Directions:
1. In a slow cooker, combine the first 10 ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours. In a small bowl, combine the cornstarch and water until smooth. Pour into crock, turn on high for about 30 mins or till desired thickness. Serve over rice or noodles. |
