This is a great condiment for when you are grilling hot dogs. This topping can be made ahead and reheated if necessary. Ingredients:
1 lb onion, thinly sliced |
2/3 cup water |
1/2 cup ketchup |
1/4 cup barbecue sauce |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
Directions:
1. Coat 12 inch nonstick skillet with cooking spray. 2. Heat over medium-high heat. 3. Add onions and cook until golden, 5-7 minutes. 4. Stir in water, ketchup, barbecue sauce and vinegar. 5. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. |
