Sweet 'n' Sour Cabbage Saute |

I found this recipe in Woman's Day. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon oil |
1 small onion, chopped |
1/2 head green cabbage, about 1-1/2 lb, chopped |
1/4 cup cider vinegar |
3 tablespoons sugar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 ripe nectarines or 2 peaches, pitted and chopped |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in skillet, add onion, and saute 3 to 5 minutes or until transparent. Add cabbage and saute another 3 minutes, or until just tender. 2. Remove from heat. Stir in vinegar, sugar, salt, and nectarines. |
