Ingredients:
1 pound lean ground beef |
1 pound lean ground pork sausage |
1 cup fine, dry breadcrumbs |
1 large egg, lightly beaten |
1 medium onion, diced |
1/2 cup milk |
2 garlic cloves, chopped |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley |
1 tablespoon curry powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
sweet n' saucy sauce |
Directions:
1. Combine first 11 ingredients. Shape into a loaf, and place in a lightly greased 9- x 5-inch loafpan.
2. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes. Pour half of Sweet 'n' Saucy Sauce over meat loaf; bake 45 more minutes. Remove from pan; serve with remaining sauce.
