My kids love to have this for a snack and my daughter takes it to school in her lunch. I usually make 1-2 batches every time I do a OAMC session-it freezes well. I think I got this recipe from 30Day Gourmet, but I can't remember. Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups rice chex |
2 1/2 cups honey nut cheerios |
10 ounces teddy grahams honey graham snacks |
2 cups pretzels |
1/2 cup butter |
1/3 cup brown sugar |
4 teaspoons cinnamon |
Directions:
1. In large bowl, mix together Chex, Cheerios, Teddy Grahams and pretzels. Set aside. 2. In microwave-safe bowl, melt together butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. 3. Pour over dry ingredients mix and toss to coat. 4. Pour mix into two ungreased 9x13 pans. 5. Bake at 275 for 10 minutes. 6. Stir. 7. Bake 10 minutes more. 8. Remove from oven and cool. |
