A delicious sauce to serve with baked ham. From Eating Light and Loving It. Ingredients:
1/2 cup vinegar |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 tablespoon mustard powder |
1 egg, slightly beaten |
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan, combine sugar and dry mustard. 2. Stir in vinegar; mix well. 3. Whisk in beaten egg until smooth. 4. Cook over low heat until sauce thickens, stirring constantly. |
