Lemon juice, mustard and brown sugar add something special to this salmon dish. Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each) |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
3 tablespoons yellow mustard |
1/4 cup packed brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Place salmon on a 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan coated with cooking spray. Drizzle with lemon juice; brush with mustard. Sprinkle with brown sugar. 2. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 12-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Yield: 4 servings. |
