This is a mediterranean style dressing. A nice kicked up version of a honey mustard dressing. Makes about 1/2 cup. I use this on salads, chicken and fish. If I use it on meat, I usually drizzle it on after cooking or use as a dipping sauce. If you try it, I really hope you enjoy it! Ingredients:
1/4 cup olive oil |
2 tablespoons honey |
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar |
4 1/2 teaspoons dijon-style mustard |
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients, except salt and pepper, in a small jar or salad dressing bottle. 2. Shake till well blended. 3. Add salt and pepper to taste. 4. Will store up to one week in fridge. 5. Always shake before serving. |
