Ingredients:
1 tablespoon(s) onions minced |
3 teaspoon(s) parsley flakes |
3/4 cup(s) seasoned bread crumbs |
1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper |
1 teaspoon(s) garlic powder |
1/2 teaspoon(s) season salt |
2 eggs beaten |
2 teaspoon(s) oregano |
2 teaspoon(s) basil |
2 pound(s) ground beef |
2 tablespoon(s) mustard |
1/2 cup(s) ketchup |
1 1/2 cup(s) grape jelly |
1/2 brown sugar |
1 teaspoon(s) cinnamon sugar |
1 teaspoon(s) allspice |
1/2 cup(s) ketchup |
1 bottle(s) honey barbeque sauce |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, egg, onions, parsley flakes, oregano, basil, bread crumbs, pepper, garlic salt, season salt ketchup, and mustard. Shape into 1 1/2 in balls. To brown meatballs arrange the meatballs on a greased broiler pan and bake in the oven at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes. Drain well on paper towel. Transfer meatballs to slow cooker. 2. In a small bowl, combine jelly, ketchup, cinnamon sugar, allspice, brown sugar, and barbeque sauce; stir to blend. Pour over meatballs. Cover and cook on LOW for 5 to 7 hours. Stir once in a while. |
