This is a great summer salad. I was at a get-together and tried it there, and then promptly asked for the recipe. It is very easy to double or triple and adaptable to taste. Ingredients:
2 cups macaroni |
2 tomatoes (seeded and diced) |
1 onion (diced) |
1/2 green pepper (diced) |
1/2 cucumber (seeded and diced) |
2/3 cup sugar |
1/2 cup oil |
1/3 cup vinegar |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1 teaspoon paprika |
Directions:
1. Cook pasta. 2. Mix sauce ingredients and combine all together with pasta. 3. Chilling enhances the flavors, but is not necessary. 4. Prep time varies. |
