A sweet twist on traditional Meatloaf Ingredients:
2 eggs, beaten |
3/4 cup skim milk |
1/4 cup catsup |
6 tbls a-1 steak sauce |
12 crushed ritz crackers |
2 tbls dry minced onions |
2 tbls parsley flakes |
1 tsp salt |
1/2 tsp ground sage |
1/8 tsp pepper |
1 tsp dry mustard |
2 tbls brown sugar |
2 lbs ground beef |
Directions:
1. Mix eggs, milk catsup and steak sauce. Stir in crackers, onions parsley flakes, salt, sage, pepper, dry mustard and brown sugar. Crumble in ground beef and blend by hand. (Do not overmix or loaf will be too dense.) 2. Form into loaf shape in a 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr 15 minutes. 3. Remove from pan and serve piping hot! |
