This is a recipe that my friend Roxanne shared with me at lunch one day that she made up herself. It's a nice lite recipe when you're craving something cool and kinda sweet but not fattening. Simple and easy too! Give it a try! Ingredients:
1 (12 ounce) container fat-free cool whip |
1 (16 ounce) container low fat cottage cheese |
1 (3 ounce) box orange flavor gelatin (any flavor of choice) |
1 (20 ounce) can lite pineapple, crushed |
Directions:
1. Let cool whip come to room temperature. 2. In a bowl, mix together cool whip, cottage cheese, dry jello (Do Not Add Water), and pineapple. 3. Stir well. 4. Cover and chill in refrigator til ready to serve. |
