Sweet but spicy wing sauce. Toss your favorite wings in this easy to make sauce. Ingredients:
1/8 cup brown sugar |
1/8 cup low sodium soy sauce |
1 tbsp honey |
1 tbsp lime juice |
1 jalapeno finely diced |
1 tsp (appx.) each |
fish sauce |
sesame oil |
red wine vinegar |
rice vinegar |
a dash of red pepper flakes depending on your preferred level of heat |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a small saucepan 2. simmer over medium-low for 15 minutes 3. toss with wings |
