This appetizer is the first to go at the family gatherings. Ingredients:
1 lb large fresh tiger shrimp |
1 cup olive oil |
1 tsp sugar |
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper |
1/2 tsp salt |
1/2 tsp oregano |
1 tsp garlic powder |
1/4 cup maple syrup |
1/2 cup apple juice |
1/4 cup brown sugar |
3 tsp worchester sauce |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together then add shrimp 2. And refrigerate overnight 3. Preheat griddler to 350 F 4. Place shrimp on grill close lid and cook until shrimp are red 5. be shure not to over cook or they will be rubbery |
