I made a lot of carrot recipes trying to get my kids to eat them without a fight. All 3 love this recipe. Ingredients:
1 lb carrot, peeled and sliced |
2 tablespoons butter |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Place sliced carrots into a pan, cover with water and boil until tender about 15 minutes. 2. Drain water. 3. Add brown sugar and butter to pan. Cook, stirring occasionally, until it turns to a nice glaze. About 5-10 minutes. |
