You can make dis with any inexpensive fish . And it will taste great . Ingredients:
6 small fishes or 500 g fish slices |
pinch of salt and tumeric pwd |
oil for frying |
250 g potatoes , cut into wedges |
1 tbsp garlic and ginger paste |
pinch of pepper pwd and some spices |
2 big onions and tomatoes , sliced |
2 c water |
5 green chillies |
4 tbsp dark soysauce |
2 tbsp sweet sauce |
2 tsps sugar |
pinch of salt |
Directions:
1. Rub tumeric pwd and salt on the fish and deep fry until crispy . 2. Fry the potato fingers and set aside . 3. Fry the spices and add the ginger - garlic paste and the pepper pwd . 4. Saute 1 min . 5. Add the onions and tomatoes and saute until soft . 6. Add the green chillies . 7. After few minutes , add the sauces , salt , water and boil for 2 minutes . 8. Add the fried stuffs . 9. Simmer for 3 minutes . 10. Serve Hot . |
