This dish is blessed with a combination of chilly & honey.Goes well with rice. Ingredients:
boneless chicken - 1/2 kg (cut into 1 inch pieces) |
corn flour - 3 tbsp |
turmeric powder - 1 tsp |
red chilly powder - 3 tsp |
ginger garlic paste - 1 1/2 tsp |
soya sauce - 1 1/2 tsp |
egg - 1 |
olive oil (for frying) |
salt (to taste) |
honey - 1 tbsp |
celery (for garnishing) |
spring onion (for garnishing) |
roasted & chopped cashew nuts (optional) |
Directions:
1. Marinate chicken pieces with corn flour , turmeric powder, red chilly powder , ginger garlic paste , soya sauce , egg and salt . 2. Refrigerate it for 3-4 hours . 3. Deep fry in olive oil. 4. Strain . 5. Pour some honey over the hot fried chicken . 6. Garnish with chopped celery, spring onion and cashew nuts. 7. Serve hot |
