This may b a little strange but once you try it, I guarantee it'll be a quick fix, low calorie favorite! Ingredients:
2 egg whites |
1 tablespoon milk (i use soy) |
1 tablespoon artificial sweetener |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1/2 teaspoon almond extract |
cinnamon |
nutmeg (optional) |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in bowl until lightly bubbly on top. 2. Spray skillet with nonstick spray and let sit over medium heat. 3. Pour in egg mixture and cook until desired readiness. 4. Eat and enjoy. |
