My granny used to make this as a treat. You can increase the amount of sugar if you like it really sweet. Ingredients:
1 egg |
1 cup coffee, hot |
1 teaspoon sugar |
Directions:
1. Beat egg and sugar until foamy. 2. Slowly beat in hot coffee - carefully or the egg will curdle! 3. Serve immediately. 4. Enjoy! |
