1 cup rice |
2 cups water |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon brown rice vinegar |
1 tablespoon sesame oil |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds |
1/4 cup flax seed meal |
1/2 cup raw almonds (or other crunchy snutty things) |
1/4 cup raisins (or other dry squishy fruits) |
Directions:
1. cook rice according to instructions mix all ingredients eat a small portion, this is powerful stuff! 2. eat some more eat a little bit more go play. |
