This is a family Guarjardo family recipe. Just keeping it here for safe keeping Ingredients:
20 ounces frozen corn |
6 ounces whipping cream |
6 ounces milk |
1 teaspoon salt |
6 teaspoons sugar |
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour |
2 tablespoons butter, melted |
Directions:
1. Melt butter and add flour, to make a paste. set aside. 2. add all of the other ingredients,bring to a boil. Add butter and flour paste. reduce heat and simmer until thickened and corn is cooked. add pepper to taste. |
