1 tomato |
1 tablespoon(s) celery seed |
1 clove(s) garlic |
2 tablespoon(s) mustard |
1 onion |
1 red pepper |
1 tablespoon(s) salt |
3/4 sugar |
1 cup(s) water |
11/2 cup(s) white vinegar |
4 cup(s) whole kernel corn |
Directions:
1. Chop up the red pepper, onion, tomato, and mince the garlic. Put all ingredients in a large pot except for the corn and bring to a boil. Add the corn and simmer for 25 minutes. 2. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving. |
