Sweet Corn Pudding Recipe |

Delicious with ham. Easy because you use your slow cooker. Ingredients:
1 (1 lb) bag green giant niblets frozen corn |
2 (11 ounce) cans mexicorn |
1 (14 3/4 ounce) can cream-style sweet corn |
1 (6 1/2 ounce) package corn muffin mix |
3/4 cup water |
1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine, melted |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. In 3 to 4 quart slow cooker, combine all ingredients; mix well. 2. Cover; cook on Low setting 3 hours. 3. Stir mixture; cover and cook 2 to 3 hours longer or until pudding is slightly puffed in center. |
