1 (12 ounce) package frozen sweet corn |
1 cup 2% low-fat milk |
2 eggs, lightly beaten |
3 tablespoons mayonnaise |
3 tablespoons butter or 3 tablespoons margarine spread, melted |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour |
1 pinch salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat over to 350 degrees. 2. Prepare corn according to package directions, then set aside to cool. 3. Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl with wire whisk; stir in corn. 4. Turn into greased 1-quart shallow casserole. 5. Bake 1 hour or until golden brown. |
