Ingredients:
1 (12 ounce) package frozen sweet corn
1 cup 2% low-fat milk
2 eggs, lightly beaten
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 tablespoons butter or 3 tablespoons margarine spread, melted
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 pinch salt
Directions:
1. Preheat over to 350 degrees.
2. Prepare corn according to package directions, then set aside to cool.
3. Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl with wire whisk; stir in corn.
4. Turn into greased 1-quart shallow casserole.
5. Bake 1 hour or until golden brown.
