This goes great with my grilled new potatoes and onions dish Ingredients:
3 ears of fresh sweetcorn |
salt |
pepper |
butter |
Directions:
1. husk and silk the corn, soak in cold water for two hours 2. drain the corn and place on a double sheet of heavy duty tinfoil. 3. put butter and seasoning on the corn 4. fold the tinfoil from the sides until tight, then fold the ends up to seal the packet. 5. place on a medium grill for 25 minuets, turning a couple of times. 6.
