From the Edmonds cookbook Ingredients:
3/4 cup flour |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
black pepper |
1 egg |
1 (398 g) can cream-style corn |
oil (for frying) |
Directions:
1. Combine dry ingredients. 2. Add beaten egg and sweetcorn. Mix to combine. 3. Heat oil in frying pan. Drop tablespoons full of batter into pan. Cook until golden then flip. 4. Drain on absorbent paper. |
