Sweet Corn Crabmeat Soup

This soup is another one of my family favourites. Serve with a stir fry and rice or noodles. Can subsitute crab with ground chicken or pork.
Ingredients:
1 can of cream of corn
1 can of sweet corn nibblets
100 g crabmeat
1 green onion, chopped
3 cups of chicken stock
3 tbsp of cornflour
1 tbsp of soy sauce
Directions:
1. Bring chicken stock to a boil.
2. Add cream of corn and corn nibblets. Bring to a boil.
3. Add the white part of the green onion, crabmeat and soy sauce.
4. Mix cornflour with 1 tbsp of water.
5. Add to soup and boil to a boil until it thickens.
6. Sprinkle with remaining green onion and serve.
