This soup is another one of my family favourites. Serve with a stir fry and rice or noodles. Can subsitute crab with ground chicken or pork. Ingredients:
1 can of cream of corn |
1 can of sweet corn nibblets |
100 g crabmeat |
1 green onion, chopped |
3 cups of chicken stock |
3 tbsp of cornflour |
1 tbsp of soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Bring chicken stock to a boil. 2. Add cream of corn and corn nibblets. Bring to a boil. 3. Add the white part of the green onion, crabmeat and soy sauce. 4. Mix cornflour with 1 tbsp of water. 5. Add to soup and boil to a boil until it thickens. 6. Sprinkle with remaining green onion and serve. |
