Another one of Diana Liu's recipes from my 42 year old book. Ingredients:
1/4 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, minced |
1 tablespoon sherry wine |
salt |
2 (15 ounce) cans cream-style sweet corn |
4 cups chicken broth |
1/2 cup cornstarch |
1/2 cup water |
1 teaspoon msg |
Directions:
1. Boil broth 2 minutes. Add salt, sherry, cream corn and msg. Add cornstarch mixed with 1/2 cup water to broth, stirring continuously until broth thickens. Add chicken; boil 2 minutes more. Serve hot. |
