Sweet Corn Casserole

Sweet corn w/corn muffin mix and cheese! One of my favorite casseroles!

Ingredients:

3 1/2 cups sweet corn

1/2 cup cooking oil

1 dash garlic salt

2 eggs, beaten

1 cup corn muffin mix

1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, grated

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients well except 1/2 cup of cheese and pour into casserole dish.
2. Sprinkle w/remaining cheese.
3. Bake 325 degrees F. for 45-50 minute.
