Great with any meal, as an appetizer, or even dessert. Ingredients:
1 cup butter, softened |
2/3 cup masa harina |
1/2 cup water |
2 1/2 cups canned corn, drained |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 cup self rising flour |
1/3 cup cornmeal |
1/2 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F 2. Combine and mix all ingredients except for the corn. 3. Once this is mixed completely, add in corn and mix again. 4. Pour into greased casserole dish or cake pan. 5. Bake until center is done (insert knife or toothpick, if it comes out clean then the middle is done) and top is golden and crispy. |
