This is a simple, clean taisting, sweet rice disert served best with a berry sause Ingredients:

50% coconut cream |
shreaded coconut |
Directions:
1. Precook 1 cup of rice using the rapid boil method then drain 2. To the Rice add 2cups of 50% Coconut Cream (or 1 cup cream and 1 cup water), and 1/2 cup Shreaded Coconut. 3. Simmer this down to a thick paist stiring occationaly to avoid sticking, 4. Best served with a berry sauce |
