Sweet Cider BBQ Chicken (Oamc)

Ingredients:
6 boneless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon ginger puree
1 bay leaf
1/4 cup apple juice concentrate
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 cup chili sauce
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Directions:
1. Place chicken breasts in gallon sized Ziploc bag, add marinade ingredients (ginger, bay leaf, apple juice, apple cider vinegar, onion flakes) and freeze.
2. On a separate bag, mix ingredients for sauce (brown sugar, chili powder, salt, pepper, Dijon mustard, chili sauce, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar). Freeze.
3. Thaw chicken and sauce.
4. Remove chicken from marinade & discard marinade.
5. Heat large frying pan with 2 teaspoons oil over high heat.
6. Brown chicken for 2-3 minutes per side.
7. Add sauce, reduce heat to low, and simmer, uncovered, for 5-7 minutes.
