Great as a dipping sauce. Amount of ginger and sultanas can be varied. Ingredients:
250 g red chilies, chopped |
3 cups sugar |
3 cups white vinegar |
3 garlic cloves, crushed |
1 tablespoon salt |
1 tablespoon grated gingerroot |
150 g sultanas |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a large pot. 2. Simmer for 40 minutes. 3. Allow to cool. 4. Puree. 5. Store in sterilised jars. |
