This is a simple, tasty way to prepare salmon. The salmon turns out tender and moist with just the right amount of sweet and spiciness. Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets |
1/2 cup sweet chili sauce |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. 2. In a plastic bag, place salmon filets and chili sauce. Seal bag, releasing as much air as possible, and marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes. 3. Place salmon in a baking dish and roast for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. |
