Sweet Chili-Lime Noodles With Vegetables |

Ingredients:
1 cup cooked whole grain spaghetti (2 oz. uncooked) |
2 cups shredded bok choy |
1/4 cup grated carrot |
1/4 cup fresh snow peas |
sweet chili-lime sauce |
1/4 cup shredded cooked chicken (optional) |
Directions:
1. Place pasta, next 4 ingredients, and, if desired, chicken in a medium-size microwave-safe plastic container. Cover with lid, and shake to combine. 2. Lift 1 corner of lid to allow steam to escape. Microwave at HIGH 2 minutes or until vegetables are tender. 3. *2 cups shredded coleslaw mix or shredded cabbage may be substituted. 4. Note: For testing purposes only, we used Mueller's Whole Grain Spaghetti. 5. Note: Nutritional analysis includes Sweet Chili-Lime Sauce. |
