Ingredients:
2 cups temmed, pitted fresh cherries |
3 tablespoons sugar |
1 tablespoon unsalted butter |
1 tablespoon water |
2 teaspoons cornstarch |
Directions:
1. Cook 2 cups stemmed, pitted fresh cherries, 3 Tbsp. sugar, 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter, 1 Tbsp. water and 2 tsp. cornstarch in a saucepan over medium heat until boiling; stir occasionally. Reduce heat; simmer for about 3 minutes. |
