1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons sifted powdered sugar |
2 tablespoons cocoa |
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour |
3 tablespoons butter or margarine |
Directions:
1. Combine powdered sugar, cocoa, and flour; cut in butter with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal. Place in freezer for 30 minutes; transfer mixture to refrigerator until ready to use. |
