I don't make this very often but it is always special when I do. Just made it last week and thought I would share it with ya'll. Ingredients:
1-fully cooked ham steak |
5-tbspn brown sugar |
5-tbspn margarine |
Directions:
1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown ham steak on both sides. 2. Drain. 3. Remove ham. 4. In the same skillet, melt the margarine, stir in brown sugar. 5. Return ham to skillet; cook until heated through turning often. 6. -Susana |
