A sinfully easy, yet delicious, main dish Ingredients:
1 chicken leg quarter |
2 tablespoons honey |
2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 teaspoon soy sauce |
1 cup pre- cooked rice |
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 2. Mix the liquid ingredients in a small oven proof lidded bowl. Place the chicken in upside down and marinate 30 minutes. 3. Turn the chicken over and cover the bowl. 4. Braise for 1 hour. 5. Serve over a bed of rice with additional sauce ladled over it. |
