Ingredients:
13 cups diced multicolored bell peppers |
6 cups diced onions |
3 cups cider vinegar |
2 1/2 cups sugar |
1 tablespoon salt |
2 teaspoons mustard seeds |
1 teaspoon celery seed |
Directions:
1. In a large pot, combine all ingredients. 2. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. 3. Pour hot mixture into hot, sterilized, canning jars, leaving 1/4-inch space. 4. Adjust lids. 5. Process for 15 minutes in a boiling-water bath. |
