From Mary Jane Summers, this is a great dip for vegetables or to spread on bread or crackers. Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed |
1/3 cup peanut butter |
3 teaspoons honey |
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla |
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a food processor. 2. Process until well-mixed but not completely pureed. |
